Now Hiring - Sales Representative/Project Manager in Zionsville, IN

Arrow Construction is seeking experienced Construction Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. We are looking for motivated individuals who can generate their own leads and close company-provided leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the construction industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with Acculynx and Xactimate is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's services and products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Prepare accurate and detailed sales proposals and contracts for clients, ensuring they align with company guidelines and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to maximize sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a sales representative in the construction industry is essential.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales, both independently and with company-provided leads.
• Comfortable working at heights and with ladders.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client sites and attend meetings as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and team members.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to secure profitable deals.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with Acculynx and Xactimate software is a plus.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Salary and Benefits:

As an experienced Construction Sales Representative, your pay will be based on a profit split model. The company will deduct 10% off the top, and the remaining profit will be split between you and the company. On average, our sales representatives earn approximately 15% of their annual sales. In addition, we offer $400.00 per month towards health insurance.
